A unique fridge magnet featuring a poster from the heyday of the GPO, Don’t Risk Delay, Post the right way (1967) by Stevens (also available in our GPO posters postcard set)

When Stephen Tallent became GPO public relations manager in 1933, he decided to push the use of posters to carry information from the Post Office to the public. The posters used in our colourful selection of magnets encourage careful packaging of parcels, posting early in the day, and why working for the postal service is a good job, because “Everybody’s Pleased To See The Postman”.
